We understand that you want your crafting supplies as soon as possible! That's why we strive to ship out all orders within 1-3 days with a tracking number. We also offer free shipping on orders over $100. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, or damaged packages. If you have an issue with a lost package, please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number. Return & Exchange Policy
We at Creation House Supplies LLC understand how important it is to get the right materials for your projects. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we are at fault. In the event of an incorrect item, wrong size, or any other mistake on our part, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund. Thank you for understanding.
